It has been more than 12 years since I haven’t visited this place were I spend my childhood vacations. Almost nothing had changed, a few new buildings, some new hotel, but seafood quality and price is the same: “Awesome “.
I had lobster, fresh fish, octopus, shrimp and a really nice and big “Centolla”. I decide to honored the piece and use it in more elaborated ways so I did several dishes with it like a risotto infused with single malt whisky, a creamy centolla sauce with panko fried wahoo and a centolla ceviche. I really enjoyed this all the way!
