Little by little the gastronomic scene in Miami is changing, and it's doing it for good. It has begun to implement a concept focused more on quality than quantity or marketing. Restaurants are understanding that only quality can position them and gain loyal followers ensuring them stability and success. Young self-taught or career cooks are changing the gastronomic map of Miami and that is being noticed and encouraging large investors to bet on the city. This is how "SWAN" was born. Excellent business conception thought carefully in the emerging market of the design district in Miami. Local with different environments well differentiated and decorated. An interesting restaurant area on the first floor, with a second floor lounge type with an excellent bar area and finally a cool outdoor area with environments on both floors with a fresh "ambiance". It's food menu is interesting and in certain dishes such as Rib Eye or scallops well prepared and attractive; with the secondary dishes they have room to improve but they do the job for the market. At the bar you can have a nice selection of good spirits and new cocktails but they need to improve with the classics. In summary, it's a very good place to visit and enjoy a drink.
Unbeatable location and excellent atmosphere.
People always ask me how was the service and my answer is always the same: "We are in Miami, we still need to learn a lot in that area, let's have patience"
